Newcastle, Wyoming is the county seat of Weston County. If you go to the northeast corner of Wyoming you find Crook County. The next county South is Weston County.

Traveling by car, RV, motorcycle, or bus, you'll want to find your way to Wyoming. The state of Wyoming is served by Interstate 80 across the Southern tier of counties, Interstate 90 in the northeast, and Insterstate 25 running from Colorado up toward Montana.

Newcastle is reached by US Highway 16 and US Highway 85. Google Map.

There are major airports in the following cities nearby: Denver, Colorado; Rapid City, South Dakota; Casper, Wyoming; Cheyenne, Wyoming. There are also regional airports in Gillette, Wyoming and the local airport, Mondell Field in Newcastle. Rapid City is the closest major city, only 79 miles away.
