It's not a jam, it's marmalade!

We are camping on private land this year. Once you pay the registration fee for the event, we'll provide information on how to get there.

We definitely have: 160 acres for camping; as much water on site as we can drink or bathe in; a trained EMT on site with a fire truck on site; permission to put together a 600 yard gun range for use during the event; latrines.

We are preparing latrines with proper toilet seats, toilet paper, and lime. We're also preparing an outdoor shower. Basic framing and canvas for privacy. If you want something more sophisticated, such as hotter water, check out the motels.

Access is by dirt road to the property. In bad weather or flood conditions, it may be accessible only with 4-wheel drive vehicles. Registrants may be asked to meet in Newcastle to ride to the site in groups using the available 4-wheel capable vehicles.

Yes, we're happy for you to bring in your camper, RV, or other vehicles. Or hike in and pitch a pup tent. Lots of shade trees, lots of open space.
